Milovan Tošić was born on October 4, 1976. in Pozega, Serbia. He finished his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, University of Belgrade. In December 2001, he was awarded with a degree of BSc in Organisational Sciences, majoring in Information Systems. In March 2004 he enrolled at the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University. In June 2005, he was awarded with a degree of Master of Information Technology (Research). His past work is closely connected to mobile communications, software project management and computing in general.
